Welcome to Luckyfortune 88 Travel and tours services!

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or required partial payment.

Failure to settle payment on or before the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

2. Prices & Inclusions

Lahat ng prices ay based sa current rates ng airlines, hotels, at suppliers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel surcharge, exchange rate, or supplier adjustments.

Inclusions are strictly limited to what is stated in the confirmed itinerary.

3. Travel Documents

The client is responsible for securing valid travel documents such as passport, visa, permits, and IDs.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.

The company is not liable for denied boarding or immigration issues due to incomplete documents.

4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.

Airline, hotel, and supplier rules will apply for any modification.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the company’s Return and Refund Policy.

Service fees, processing fees, and supplier charges are generally non-refundable.

6. No Show

Failure to appear on the travel date or at the designated meeting time will be considered a NO SHOW.

No show bookings are non-refundable and non-rebookable.

7. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters, bad weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or airline issues.

8. Responsibility & Liability

The company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.

The company is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or expense caused by third-party suppliers.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients.

Any loss or emergency without insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

10. Health & Safety

The client is responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to travel.

The company is not liable for health-related incidents during the trip.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and making payment, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Liability on card 3rd secure transactions

1. 3D Secure Authentication

All card payments are processed using 3D Secure (3D) authentication to protect cardholders and prevent unauthorized transactions. Transactions require additional verification such as OTP, biometric confirmation, or issuer approval.

2. Cardholder Responsibility

By completing a 3D Secure transaction, the cardholder confirms that:

They are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder

All payment details provided are accurate and complete

They have successfully completed the required 3D Secure authentication

Any transaction authenticated through 3D Secure is deemed authorized by the cardholder.

3. Liability Shift

For payments successfully authenticated via 3D Secure:

Liability for fraud-related chargebacks is generally shifted from the merchant to the card-issuing bank, subject to card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

The merchant shall not be held liable for unauthorized use once 3D authentication is completed and approved.

4. Merchant Limitation of Liability

The merchant shall not be liable for:

Unauthorized transactions that have passed 3D Secure authentication

Chargebacks arising from “fraud” or “no cardholder authorization” claims for 3D-authenticated transactions

Losses caused by customer error during authentication (incorrect OTP, failure to complete verification)

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact the merchant directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed for transactions authenticated via 3D Secure may be disputed by the merchant using authentication records.

Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future bookings.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds for 3D Secure transactions are governed by the company’s Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds will be processed only to the original card used and within standard bank processing timelines.

7. System & Network Limitations

The merchant is not liable for transaction failures caused by:

Bank or card issuer system downtime

Network or connectivity issues

Payment gateway interruptions

8. Data Security

All card data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. The merchant does not store full card details and complies with applicable data protection laws.

9. Acceptance of Liability Terms

By proceeding with a 3D Secure card transaction, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to this Liability on Card 3D Transactions policy.
